Configuration traffic manipulation via hard-coded TLS key

Hard-coded TLS credentials in Schneider Electric Easergy MiCOM P40 Series PX4X firmware allow attackers to read and alter configuration traffic. The Courier tunneling implementation relies on a hard-coded TLS cryptographic key, so possession of that key defeats channel confidentiality and integrity. Exploitation requires the key and active control of the Courier communication network; the bounded consequence is observation and manipulation of relay configuration traffic.
