Private release-title disclosure via public group milestones

Information disclosure in GitLab EE 12.5 through 15.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read private release titles through group milestones. The public group milestone page renders titles from associated private-project releases without enforcing the release project's visibility permissions. Exposure requires a public group milestone linked to a private-project release and an ordinary signed-in account, and it reveals only the release title.
