Administrative dashboard access via guest authorization bypass
Published May 12, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Broken access control in SysAid On-Premises 22.1.63 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access the administrative dashboard. The EndUserPortal.jsp guest flow accepts a request for /ConcurrentLogin%2ejsp, whose login action establishes dashboard access without enforcing guest authorization. A guest account is required; successful access exposes server details, usernames, and workstations and permits file uploads and service-call deletion.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
