System takeover via chained JSP authentication bypass
Published May 12, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Authentication bypass in SysAid On-Premises 21.4.44 and earlier allows attackers to obtain dashboard access without valid credentials. Requests to /wmiwizard.jsp followed by /ConcurrentLogin.jsp expose a login action that redirects to /home.jsp without authenticating the session. The sequence is remotely reachable and requires no account; the public record describes system takeover but does not detail the available post-login actions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
