Account takeover via writable password file

Account takeover in CharacTell FormStorm Enterprise 9.00.065 allows local users to replace stored passwords through xx_users.ini. The application stores cleartext usernames and obfuscated passwords in this modifiable file without preventing replacement of existing password entries. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and user interaction; a successful replacement permits impersonation of any configured account.
