CVE-2022-22785Network attack vector

User spoofing via cross-domain session-cookie disclosure

Published May 18, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Session-cookie exposure in Zoom Client for Meetings before 5.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to impersonate Zoom users. The client fails to restrict Zoom-scoped session cookies to Zoom domains and can send them to an attacker-controlled non-Zoom domain. Exploitation requires a more sophisticated attack involving an unsuspecting user, and the disclosed consequence is account spoofing.
