Administrative API access via undisclosed authentication flaw
Published Feb 15, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Authentication bypass in TIBCO AuditSafe 1.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute Web Server API methods without credentials. TIBCO has not disclosed the authentication-check failure or request path that permits the unauthorized API calls. Network access without prior authentication is sufficient; the documented worst case is full administrative access to the affected system's API methods.
