CVE-2022-22769Network attack vector

Administrative takeover via stored cross-site scripting

Published Jan 19, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Stored XSS in the Web server of TIBCO EBX and related products allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through stored input. TIBCO has not published the affected input, handler, or missing output-neutralization operation. Exploitation requires low-privileged network access and a separate user to interact with the stored content; an administrator victim can yield full administrative access.
