Command execution via unauthenticated crafted packets

Authentication bypass in Yokogawa CAMS for HIS Server allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through crafted packets. The server improperly authenticates received packets and processes a malformed packet with the permissions of the account running the service. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access and user interaction; a successful packet can also read any file or create or overwrite files anywhere on the server.
