Unauthenticated service interruption via TCP reset flood

Resource exhaustion in all Schneider Electric Modicon M340 BMXP34 CPU versions allows remote attackers to interrupt HTTP and Modbus services. The PLC Ethernet stack fails to control resource consumption when any open TCP port receives a large volume of RST or FIN packets. Network reachability to an open TCP port is sufficient; the documented consequence is denial of service on ports 80 and 502.
