User enumeration in CyberArk Identity 22.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to identify tenant users through authentication requests. The StartAuthentication resource returns an X-CFY-TX-TM header below 500 for existing users and above 1000 for nonexistent users. The oracle is exposed without authentication only in configurations that preserve these predictable ranges, and it discloses account existence without modifying tenant data.
