Private package-name disclosure via Conan search

Information disclosure in affected GitLab releases allows remote authenticated users to list private Conan package names via search. The Conan package finder used by the conan search endpoint returns packages from visible projects without enforcing read_package permission for each project. A Guest user in a private group can enumerate recipe names but cannot download packages through protected endpoints.
