Path traversal in the webapi component of Synology WebDAV Server before 2.4.0-0062 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files. Synology identifies the webapi component but has not published the affected endpoint or how supplied paths escape the intended directory. Exploitation requires an authenticated WebDAV account and permits file deletion, with no reported ability to read file contents or execute code.
