Code execution via WebGL multi-draw bounds error

Buffer overflow in Apple Safari before 15.4, tvOS before 15.4, and watchOS before 8.5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. WebGLMultiDraw::multiDrawArraysWEBGL validates each list offset without ensuring that the offset plus draw count remains within the typed-array length, then passes out-of-range spans to ANGLE. A user must process attacker-controlled WebGL content; the published proof of concept demonstrates a WebContent-process crash rather than a complete code-execution chain.
