Authenticated SQL injection via room id parameter
Published Jul 12, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
SQL injection in Online Hotel Booking System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify database data through the room id parameter. The Room Handler in edit_all_room.php incorporates the id value into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing a crafted value to alter the query. Administrative access is required, and the published time-delay payload demonstrates attacker-controlled query execution against the room-editing request.
