Improper certificate validation in Dell PowerScale OneFS 8.2.x-9.3.x allows unauthenticated remote attackers to capture administrative credentials via man-in-the-middle interception. OneFS accepts an invalid or untrusted peer certificate during an administrative connection, allowing traffic interception and credential exposure. Exploitation requires the attacker to control the communication path and a victim to initiate the connection; the documented consequence is credential confidentiality loss, with no independently described configuration change or service outage.
