External redirection via unchecked @@ path destination

Open redirect in GitLab 11.1 through 14.10.4, 15.0 through 15.0.3, and 15.1.0 allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary sites. GitLab treats the path segment after @@ as an external host and returns a 301 Location header without restricting the destination to the instance. Exploitation requires a user to trust and open a crafted instance URL; GitLab confirmed the redirect but not account takeover.
