Information disclosure in IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Center 8.1.12 and 8.1.13 allows local users to read account passwords. The browser interface stores user account passwords in plaintext within its application command history instead of excluding or protecting them. Access to that browser history exposes passwords belonging to other user accounts; the published record identifies no remote path to the history.
