Credential exposure in IBM Security Verify Governance 10.0 allows local users to read user credentials stored in cleartext. IBM has not published the storage locus or the operation that writes the credentials without encryption or access-safe protection. Exploitation requires high local privileges and discloses stored credentials, with no reported ability to alter data or interrupt the service.
