SSRF in IBM Sterling Partner Engagement Manager 6.1.2, 6.2, and Cloud/SaaS 22.2 allows remote authenticated users to send unauthorized requests. IBM has not published which request-handling endpoint accepts attacker-controlled destinations or what validation is missing. An authenticated account is required; successful exploitation can enumerate reachable networks and relay requests from the application.
