Unrestricted file upload in IBM Security Verify Privilege On-Premises 11.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. IBM maps the flaw to upload of a dangerous file type but does not identify the endpoint, file format, storage location, or execution path. Exploitation requires authenticated network access with high privileges and gives the uploaded content command-execution impact on the host.
