Open redirect via uncollapsed leading slashes

Open redirect in Keycloak Node.js Adapter 18.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users through checkSSO requests. The checkSSO middleware formats the request URL without collapsing multiple leading slashes, allowing a scheme-relative path to become the redirect target. Exploitation requires an application using checkSSO with prompt=none and a user to follow a crafted request; the browser can then be sent to an attacker-chosen site.
