Admin Console hang via unbounded HTTP connections

Slowloris denial of service in IBM Spectrum Protect Plus and IBM Storage Copy Data Management allows local users to hang the Admin Console. The console does not limit the length of HTTP connections, allowing Slowloris requests to retain resources until the interface becomes unresponsive. The flaw affects Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.0.0 through 10.1.9.2 and Storage Copy Data Management 2.2.0.0 through 2.2.14.3, with no reported data exposure or modification.
