Cross-site request forgery in IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Center 8.1.0.000 through 8.1.13 allows remote attackers to perform unauthorized actions. The web interface accepts state-changing requests carried by a trusted user's browser without adequately establishing that the user intended them. Exploitation requires a trusted user to interact with attacker-controlled content; the reported consequence is limited to unauthorized low-integrity changes.
