Credential disclosure via Web UI script injection
Published Apr 27, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Cross-site scripting in IBM QRadar SIEM 7.3, 7.4, and 7.5 allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials via its Web UI. IBM has not disclosed the affected Web UI field or the input-handling operation that accepts and renders arbitrary JavaScript. Exploitation requires high privileges and a trusted-session user to interact with the injected content, which can alter UI behavior and expose credentials.
