Incorrect authorization in affected IBM DataPower Gateway releases allows administrative users to read restricted logs and files. The role-based management file-access path fails to enforce configured RBM permissions when administrative users request logs or files. Administrative access is required, and exploitation exposes files that the account's RBM policy should deny without reported service interruption.
