Administrator account creation via unfiltered client IP
Published Jan 28, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in ZFAKA 1.4.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to create an administrator account through a crafted HTTP request. The order-query handler obtains a client IP address from X-Forwarded-For and passes the unfiltered value into a PDO select operation, enabling stacked SQL statements. The public order-query page requires a valid CAPTCHA and CSRF token but no authenticated session; successful exploitation writes a new administrator record.
