Improper authorization in GitLab CE/EE 13.7 through 14.10.4, 15.0 through 15.0.3, and 15.1.0 allows remote attackers to extract CI variables. The GraphQL ciConfig resolver loads custom project variables without enforcing create_pipeline authorization, and a crafted remote include embeds a named variable in an outbound URL. Public projects expose unprotected variables without membership; private projects require membership, and the issue discloses variable values without altering project data.
