PendingIntent hijacking in Samsung Electronics Bixby Routines on Android 10 and 11 allows local users to read contacts. Bixby Routines embeds an implicit Intent in a PendingIntent, allowing another local app to intercept and modify the operation before it runs with the app's privileges. Affected devices run versions before 3.1.21.8 on Android 11 or before 2.6.30.5 on Android 10, and exploitation requires user interaction.
