Kernel-address disclosure via unrestricted hwlog ioctl

Improper access control in Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 and affected EMUI releases allows local users to disclose randomized kernel pointers. The LOGGER_MEMCHECK_STACK_READ ioctl exposes the memcheck MTYPE_KERN_VMALLOC query through /dev/hwlog_dubai, whose permissive DAC and SELinux rules let untrusted apps receive raw pointers when symbolization fails. Any unprivileged process on an affected device can use the disclosure to defeat KASLR; no direct modification or service interruption is reported.
