Unauthenticated kernel crash via crafted TCP segment

Improper input validation in Junos OS Evolved allows remote attackers to crash the kernel by sending a crafted TCP segment. The ingress TCP-segment processing path fails to reject the malformed segment before kernel handling, which triggers a panic. No authentication or user interaction is required; affected releases are 21.3 before 21.3R3-EVO, 21.4 before 21.4R2-EVO, and 22.1 before 22.1R2-EVO, and repeated delivery sustains the interruption.
