Routing-service interruption via rpd memory exhaustion

Denial of service in Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows local users to exhaust rpd memory via a CLI command. In high-scale BGP deployments with RIB sharding enabled, the command causes rpd to leak memory at a variable rate and temporarily spike memory use. A locally authenticated low-privilege account and the nondefault RIB-sharding configuration are required; repeated use can interrupt routing service.
