Adjacent PFE crashes via crafted VXLAN packets

Uncontrolled memory allocation in the Junos OS PFE allows attackers on an adjacent network to crash PFEs with crafted VXLAN packets. On affected EX4300-MP, EX4600, and QFX5000 Series switches, the PFE leaks memory while processing specific VXLAN packets. VXLAN must be enabled, and repeated packets after automatic PFE restarts can sustain the forwarding outage.
