FPC reboot via crafted VxLAN packet

A NULL pointer dereference in Junos OS on QFX5000 and MX Series allows remote adjacent attackers to cause an FPC reboot via a VxLAN packet. The PFE's l2alm process mishandles a specific VxLAN packet and crashes, forcing the forwarding-card processor to reboot. Continued delivery sustains denial of service, and exploitation requires adjacent network access without authentication.
