Service interruption via AppQoE PFE memory leak

Memory leak in the AppQoE PFE subsystem of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series allows remote attackers to interrupt all services. Processing sustained, specific traffic through an APBR rule that lacks an AppQoE SLA rule fails to release memory until the PFE exhausts it. The device must use the affected APBR configuration, and recovery from the resulting out-of-memory condition requires a manual restart.
