Routing-engine crash via kernel reference-count overflow

Improper reference-count updates in the Junos OS Evolved kernel allow remote attackers to crash the routing engine with specific packets. The kernel updates a reference counter incorrectly while processing packets that reach the routing engine, allowing the counter to overflow. No authentication is required; continued processing eventually crashes the routing engine and interrupts network service.
