Improper access control in Juniper Networks Paragon Active Assurance 3.1.0 allows remote attackers to read configuration data via crafted URLs. The Control Center PDF-report endpoint accepts a user-controlled object identifier and retrieves the referenced account object without checking login state, sharing status, or authorization. The attacker must know the URL format and an existing object identifier; only self-hosted Control Center is affected, and exposed reports can contain sensitive configuration information.
