Traffic isolation bypass via uninitialized packet disposition

Improper initialization in Junos OS on EX4650 devices allows remote attackers to forward management-interface packets to egress ports. The EX4650 packet-processing path leaves traffic received on em0 without its intended drop disposition when the traffic is not addressed to the device, allowing normal egress forwarding. Reachability requires nonstandard traffic sent to the management interface, and successful exploitation bypasses intended traffic isolation without interrupting service.
