Session script execution via reflected J-Web input
Published Apr 14, 2022 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Reflected XSS in J-Web in Juniper Networks Junos OS allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in another user's browser session. The component returns attacker-controlled input in a J-Web response without adequate output neutralization; Juniper has not identified the handler or parameter. Exploitation requires J-Web to be enabled and a victim to load the crafted content, enabling actions with that victim's J-Web permissions.
