PFE reset via exceptional VXLAN packets

Improper exception handling in the Juniper Junos OS Packet Forwarding Engine allows remote attackers to reset it with VXLAN packets. Juniper has not disclosed the exceptional packet condition or failed check; affected PFEs reset instead of rejecting the packets. An affected release must use the documented virtual-switch and VXLAN bridge-domain configuration; crafted traffic then interrupts packet forwarding during the reset.
