Service interruption via management-port traffic flood

Uncontrolled resource consumption in the Junos OS kernel on MX104 devices allows remote attackers to make a device unresponsive. Traffic flooding the out-of-band management Ethernet port drives the fman interrupt handler to consume 100% CPU without limiting work imposed by incoming traffic. No authentication is required, continued flooding sustains the service interruption, and the device recovers after the traffic subsides.
