Privileged file deletion via permissive named pipe

Improper access control in Yokogawa CENTUM and Exaopc allows local users to delete arbitrary files through a Long-term Data Archive named pipe. The service creates the pipe with an ACL that lets an unprivileged local process request deletion of attacker-chosen files under the service account. Affected releases are CENTUM CS 3000 R3.08.10 through R3.09.00, CENTUM VP R4.01.00 through R4.03.00, R5.01.00 through R5.04.20, and R6.01.00 through R6.08.00, and Exaopc R3.72.00 through R3.79.00; exploitation requires access to the installed computer.
