Appointment disclosure via missing calendar permission check
Published Jan 5, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Missing authorization in Bottelet DaybydayCRM and Flarepoint CRM 2.0.0 through 2.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to view appointments. AppointmentsController::calendar returned the calendar view without checking the authenticated user's calendar-view permission, exposing appointment data across accounts. An employee-type account with the lowest privileges is sufficient, and the reported consequence is read-only access to appointments, including administrators' appointments.
