Memory corruption via concurrent IRQ detach race

A TOCTOU race in Qualcomm Snapdragon Compute and related platforms allows local users to cause memory corruption or temporary denial of service via hypervisor IRQ operations. Concurrent attach and detach requests for IRQs on virtual interrupt sources are handled without safe synchronization, corrupting memory or interrupting service. The operation requires local low-privilege access to the affected platform; the record does not establish remote reachability or code execution.
