Account takeover via unfiltered reflected script

Published Jul 20, 2022 · Updated Apr 16, 2025

Reflected XSS in the MiCODUS MV720 web server in all versions allows remote attackers to run JavaScript through a crafted request. The main tracking platform places the unfiltered N parameter inside a JavaScript block and reflects its content in the server response. A victim must open the crafted request with an active session, after which the script can perform the victim's actions and read or modify accessible data.
