Denial of service in Microsoft Hyper-V allows local users to crash the host through an undisclosed race condition. Microsoft has not published the affected Hyper-V code path or the shared resource whose synchronization fails. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a high-complexity race, and the documented consequence is host availability loss.
