Local session hijacking via unrestricted sudoers rule

Incorrect permissions in cscreen 1.2-1.3 and earlier allow local users to access and manipulate shared console sessions. The /etc/sudoers.d/cscreen rule authorizes ALL users to run /usr/bin/screen as _cscreen without a password instead of limiting the rule to the _cscreen group. Local users need only host access; the rule grants _cscreen's tty and dialout privileges, and a running service exposes its persistent session.
