Improper privilege management in Microsoft Windows allows local users with low privileges to obtain elevated privileges through User Account Control. Microsoft has not published the affected function, object, or invalid security decision inside the UAC path. Exploitation requires local low-privileged code execution and grants elevated control over system confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
