Authenticated privilege escalation via exposed credentials
Published Feb 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Credential exposure in NVIDIA License System before 1.1 allows remote authenticated users to access other users' credentials. The DLS virtual appliance installation scripts fail to protect stored credentials from another signed-in portal user. Portal access is required, and the disclosed credentials grant escalated privileges with limited confidentiality and integrity impact.
