Unauthenticated code execution via unchecked font ZIP
Published Aug 15, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in GREYD.SUITE before 1.2.7 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through a custom font package. The customizer_ff.php upload handler extracts every file from an attacker-supplied ZIP into a web-accessible theme or uploads directory without validating archive members. No authentication is required, and execution depends on the uploaded PHP file being reachable through a PHP-enabled web server.
